Support for Families and Caregivers

Tuesdays | 6:30–7:30 PM South Anchorage - Message us for location details

You don’t have to do this alone.

Caring for a loved one with IDD or mental health needs can feel overwhelming and isolating. You are not alone.

Our free faith-based support group offers a welcoming place for parents, siblings, guardians and caregivers to connect, share experiences, and gain practical tools in a small, private setting.

Come once or come regularly — there is no commitment. This is a place for real conversation, encouragement, compassion and support.

We also bring in guest partcipants on relevant topics such as:

  • recognizing crisis early
  • de-escalation techniques
  • community engagement
  • building independence
  • caregiver stress and support strategies

Who This Is For:

  • Parents
  • Siblings
  • Guardians
  • Caregivers

Reach out below and we’ll send you the current meeting details.
We’d love to have you join us.
