Our facilities are designed to have indoor and outdoor areas to accommodate, visits, meals and holiday events. Join us for a 4th of July BBQ, Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas celebrations. Enjoy an art class or attend summer adventure at the Eagle River nature center.

Foundations Alaska provides community-based support services that assist individuals with daily living skills, community participation, and personal development. Services may be provided to individuals living in Foundations Alaska–coordinated housing or in other community settings. Receipt of services does not require residency in any Foundations Alaska property.

Service supports are authorized and billed separately from housing and may be funded through Alaska Medicaid waiver programs, state-funded services, or private pay arrangements, as applicable.
